Start by clicking your company's ChopChat link or scanning the QR code. Yes, you can pre-order meals up to 7 days in advance! Simply chat 'pre-order' and select your preferred date and time.
Don't worry! You can order until 11 AM for same-day delivery. You can cancel or modify your order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time by chatting 'cancel order' or 'change order'.
After your meal is delivered, you'll receive a WhatsApp message asking for feedback. Simply rate your experience (1-5 stars) and leave comments. Your feedback helps us improve service quality!
